Job Profile:
Currently leading a team of 75+ FTE based out of Bangalore for a multi-country Fortune 500 client for their
end to end P2P Operations for Europe & North America regions.
Process Management:
• Working with the next level management in establishing predictable processes for the client
operations, Quality delivery, Process standardization and improvement, securing performance as per
the client expectations.
• End-to-end responsibility for timely delivery of services as per SOW.
• Ensuring proper internal controls are in place for the process and periodic review of controls.
• To analyze performance, identify trends and significant business issues and recommend solutions to
improve the performance of the function.
People Management:
• Sets reasonable, challenging and clear performance goals for the DR’s & teams, communicate
expectations clearly; monitors performance and provides appropriate feedback.
• Motivation to the team with the agenda of work together for common business purposes and mutual
