The Sparks Foundation
• The Sparks Foundation (TSF) is a non-benefit association
enrolled in India and Singapore. We envision a universe of
little personalities engaged and associated, to construct a
future.
• We plan to motivate understudies, help them set up, and let
them meet up to assemble the up-and-coming age of
mankind. We assist understudies with getting and help one
another, gain from one another, and do well together.
• The Graduate Rotational Internship Program (GRIP) is a high-
level TSF program in which understudies, late alumni, and
experts center around creating specialized abilities and
building up an expert profile on LinkedIn.

MARKETING PLAN -THE SPARK FOUNDATION
• As TSF is the emerging area for students to explore
their interest and do internship in respected area. At
the beginning itself we need to understand our target
audiences which are mostly the younger generation
students who are either fresher especially the one who
look forwards for more opportunity to explore during
this pandemic.
• The social media play a key role for any company
marketing to attract their needful customers. In the
next part I have explained in details to motivate more
students for attaining our goal.

ESTABLISHING THE PLATFORM ONLINE
1. Recognizing Your Audience
It is a thumb rule in anyone to remain aware of targeted audience. Be it social media
posts, website’s design, or an overall product outlook — all need to cater to the
intended market’s needs. It is best to research your target audience to recognize what
demographic your business appeals to so business needs to be oriented accordingly.
2. Use Every Digital Medium
It might seem like an overstatement, but it is essential to create your digital presence
on every platform. Since we’re living in the digital age, an active company on social
media and other relevant sites is necessary.
More than just a monetary connection, the use of digital platforms is best to build a
“connection” between you and your target customers. It is worth mentioning that
every digital platform is unique and can help you in some way or another. According to
a study, almost 22% of the overall population is on Facebook, whereas one billion
people are active Instagram users.

You need to use all the areas available in the social media platform for enrichment of
your presence.
Twitter: Personal & Business account and Advertisement.
Google +: Community, Personal & Business Account.
LinkedIn: Personal & Business account, and Group.
Facebook : Page , Group , Advertisements and Personal profile
4 . SEO
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization and it helps your business rank high in
search engine results. These days, when consumers are trying to find businesses or
products, they almost always turn to the internet for help.
Everyone wants their business to be the top search result and to attract the most
relevant customers. The best way to do this is by harnessing the power of SEO.
Building a strong SEO strategy will make your website perform better in searches as
well as ensure that you are hitting your target market. SEO is a constantly changing
landscape, so make sure you stay up to date with the latest updates.
CONCERN SHOULD BE ON:-
Create your S.M.A.R.T. goals: Use specific, measurable, achievable, realistic,
and timely goals (also known as S.M.A.R.T. goals) to guide your strategy. Think
about organization’s short- and long-term goals for growth.
Choose your digital marketing strategies: Pick the best strategies for
business. Focus on the techniques that offer the most value for your business
and industry, versus trendy strategies.
Launch your campaigns: Following your planning, launch your campaigns
across channels. Ensure all channels feature the appropriate tracking
information.
Track your results: Monitor and measure the performance of your strategies
by tracking their performance. Use tools like Google analytics. Google search
console and Google ads to keep a pulse on your strategies and their return on
investment (ROI).

  • 2. The Sparks Foundation • The Sparks Foundation (TSF) is a non-benefit association enrolled in India and Singapore. We envision a universe of little personalities engaged and associated, to construct a future. • We plan to motivate understudies, help them set up, and let them meet up to assemble the up-and-coming age of mankind. We assist understudies with getting and help one another, gain from one another, and do well together. • The Graduate Rotational Internship Program (GRIP) is a high- level TSF program in which understudies, late alumni, and experts center around creating specialized abilities and building up an expert profile on LinkedIn.

  • 7. MARKETING PLAN -THE SPARK FOUNDATION • As TSF is the emerging area for students to explore their interest and do internship in respected area. At the beginning itself we need to understand our target audiences which are mostly the younger generation students who are either fresher especially the one who look forwards for more opportunity to explore during this pandemic. • The social media play a key role for any company marketing to attract their needful customers. In the next part I have explained in details to motivate more students for attaining our goal.

Be it social media posts, website’s design, or an overall product outlook — all need to cater to the intended market’s needs. It is best to research your target audience to recognize what demographic your business appeals to so business needs to be oriented accordingly. 2. Use Every Digital Medium It might seem like an overstatement, but it is essential to create your digital presence on every platform. Since we’re living in the digital age, an active company on social media and other relevant sites is necessary. More than just a monetary connection, the use of digital platforms is best to build a “connection” between you and your target customers. It is worth mentioning that every digital platform is unique and can help you in some way or another. According to a study, almost 22% of the overall population is on Facebook, whereas one billion people are active Instagram users.

Facebook : Page , Group , Advertisements and Personal profile 4 . SEO SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization and it helps your business rank high in search engine results. These days, when consumers are trying to find businesses or products, they almost always turn to the internet for help. Everyone wants their business to be the top search result and to attract the most relevant customers. The best way to do this is by harnessing the power of SEO. Building a strong SEO strategy will make your website perform better in searches as well as ensure that you are hitting your target market. SEO is a constantly changing landscape, so make sure you stay up to date with the latest updates.
  • 12. CONCERN SHOULD BE ON:- Create your S.M.A.R.T. goals: Use specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely goals (also known as S.M.A.R.T. goals) to guide your strategy. Think about organization’s short- and long-term goals for growth. Choose your digital marketing strategies: Pick the best strategies for business. Focus on the techniques that offer the most value for your business and industry, versus trendy strategies. Launch your campaigns: Following your planning, launch your campaigns across channels. Ensure all channels feature the appropriate tracking information. Track your results: Monitor and measure the performance of your strategies by tracking their performance. Use tools like Google analytics. Google search console and Google ads to keep a pulse on your strategies and their return on investment (ROI).
