Who is more important for an organization, a
worker or a leader?
The answer to this question defines a lot about the recruitment wing of the company and the
quality of people they are looking for.
During the times of uncertainty, a company wants leadership, not followership, from their
workforce. The company needs the talent who can take the company to a better place and
they want to have employees with the leadership qualities and they are the ones who are
accountable, responsible, reliable, honest and authentic.

Employees expect leaders to be accountable to others as much as themselves.
