Description:
TCS in Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh state is spread across four cities (Gandhinagar,
Ahmedabad, Vadodara, and Bhopal). More than 200 IT/BPS/ILP projects are being
executed at these locations by approximate 7000 users. In addition to this, we also
have 1600 user capacity Training Center at Gandhinagar location where new joiners are
inducted on various IT platforms.
We provide best-in class, cost effective, highly available and secure IT services to the
internal users by adopting and integrating industry standards like ISO- 9001, ISO-20000
and ISO-27001.
Roles &
Responsibilities
• Service Delivery Associate, Duration: Aug 2011 to Jan 2012
Resolving the Incidents, Service Request and Change Request within Respective
SLAs without Compromising with Security and Compliance Level.
• Configuration and Quality Manager (Team Size of 3), Duration: Feb 2012 to Dec
2012.
Vendor Liosion, arranging Quotation, Raising Procurement Request, Getting
Deliveries, and Accepting CIs in System, Classification and allocation, Maintaining
inventory, secure retiring and henceforth managed CI Life cycle.
Ensuring all the Documents related to Process/Functions are at place and
revised/reviewed Periodically ensuring the Compliance Level. Monthly Project
Status reports are to be prepared and to be sent to Senior Management. Readiness
for Audit and completing the same, Closure of the Audit Non-
Conformance/Observation/Recommendation. Also preparing Monthly ITIL and
other quality report like MSR, BSC, and RCA reports.

Ensuring that all the services are in place as per predefined standards, to restore
any kind of interrupt or degradation in service ASAP either by proving work around
or by providing permanent fix. All Incidents and Service Requests are to be fulfilled

CAPA.
