MY JOB ROLE •Testing various Modules in the projects for desirable functioning from an end user perspective •Identification of Bugs, reporting it rapidly to get action done in time, and suggesting fixes in some cases •Writing Test Cases for testing and maintaining Excel sheet of Findings to provide a quick glance of the bugs identified to the Developers •Interaction with clients to clarify the requirements and specification for both the parties and avoid any potential loss due to miss-communication •Regular follow up of Clients via email and phone calls to maintain a healthy long term relation with the organization
