because they do not run on gasoline; rather, they run off
electricity stored within battery-powered vehicles

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
• Stark 22 offers the following features:
1. A range of 75km from 60 minutes of charging.
2. An amoled touch screen display instead of instrument cluster.
3. Bluetooth connectivity.
4. A top speed of 80kmph.
5. Front and rear disc brakes.
6. A reverse gear.
7. Comes in variety of colors like red, yellow, white, matt silver and matt black.
8. We can store one more battery as back up in case of emergency
COMPETITION ANALYSIS
•There are some companies that produces huge numbers of electrical
scooter and These are international brands . Hence it is having an
advantage over our company.
• But our competitors are using outdated technology in their scooters
and their scooters have a range limited to 50km and a top speed of
40kmph. Where as our company out smart them in each and every
specifications.
• Our main strategy is to give quality product at reasonable price to the
customers.

• We take customer feedback very seriously as it help us in improving our

to the demand it is transported to the 8 Stark Space( Showrooms).
• Bangalore is idle place for the start-up as it is the silicon valley of
India.

around 60 crores one time investment on machines and
infrastructure development, we may need 50crores to
sustain our business during the first year rest 10 crore will
be kept as emergency fund.”
FUTURE IMPLEMENTATION
• Battery refilling stations will be Provided.
• Based on the huge rate of moving vehicles in those specific locations stations
are provided.
• Replacement of batteries which are empty. The owner should give the empty
battery and he can collect the battery which is fully charged paying a cost of
rs 100
