Description:
DELTA application has been designed for entry and processing of docket data. It facilitates for
the reconciliation of tip dockets and fuel dockets against the invoices received from the vendor.
It is also responsible for maintaining required master files and other user responsibilities.
Domestic Requests System application has been designed to log and manage all job requests
made to the contract. The system has various features that can be tailored to suit the
requirements of each of these. Jobs entered are considered ‘open’, where their details can be
edited and changed, until they are closed by an operator. Once closed, no details of the job can
be changed. Each job has the requestor’s details, the type of service and the details of the
request, to which the job is assigned to for auctioning, and the details of the action taken. For
each assignment destination chosen, the system has a default assignment method. This means
that a job that is assigned to the council.
