Niall John Quinn is an Irish former professional footballer who played for Arsenal, Manchester City, and Sunderland in the Premier League. He received 92 caps for the Republic of Ireland national team. Quinn was also the ex-chairman of Sunderland football club and served as the club's director of international development until stepping down in 2012.
