Tutorial on how to use Rush mode and hints for Merlin domain game play

1. Rush Mode & Merlin 474
Domain Information
Welcome to Domain Merlin 474! The Rush mode is
active in this domain.
What is Rush Mode?
It is a quick way to build your cities from Level 1
buildings to level 9 buildings.
How do I use it?
Start by building a few buildings to level 1 with the
few startup resources. Once you have a building or
two put down, click the Rush Mode tab.

2. You will get a notification of items being dropped. It
is a VERY long list. Accept that and then you will
see this.
Then this will pop up. Refresh!!! Your Building will be
at level 9! You will see a pop up with the resources,
speedies, troops and other items being dropped into
your account.

3. The buildings are now built to level 9. Get some
resources out of inventory and put down all the
buildings you want to level 1. Then push Rush Mode
again. This will level your new city to 9’s
Researches
You will find your research is also completed up to
level 9. This is also true of the Briton Researches so do
plan on building at least 1 Briton City to get those
researches completed.

4. Save a few hour glasses to complete the 20+ day
research for Fletching.

5. Check your Inventory!!!

6. This is just a quick sample of your
inventory for the Merlin 474 domain!!
Hint: Don’t open any
troops until your cities are
built. They will eat your
resources up, fast!!

7. Don't stop there! Ascend your city and
build again, all level 1 only. After you
Rush Mode, it is ready to ascend!!
Keep going!!! If you are in a hurry,
don’t be afraid to use your speed ups.
The domain is Temporary. None of the
left over items will be transferred to
your main account. Use them up!!

You were given 100 Merlin Tokens. Use them!!

8. Start Up Boxes
These show up on the domain however
the boxes are not available. You can

9. purchase them but they will not open
and upon refresh disappear and gems
return to your account
RED ALERT!!
WARNING!!!! Do Not post the builds to your
Facebook wall. You will get banned from
Facebook for up to a month!

10. Go to Extra Tools or Bot > Settings > User Settings>
Click the box to Auto-cancel Facebook posts
At ascension level 4 you may notice you are short
some city value to ascend for free.
You have a choice.
Use your Divine Inspirations and level a few more
buildings.
Or use your Ascension Crystal and ascend. There are
only 10 Ascension Crystals so you have to decide what
is important to you as a player. Speed of ascension or
saving a limited item.
There are not enough Divine Inspirations or
Ascension Crystals to build all your cities fully to level
10.
Rush Mode ends with Ascension Level 5
At Ascension level 6, the green bar is Red once you
ascend. You are now Forced to build a little before

11. you can ascend if you want to use an Ascension
Crystal.
To make matters worse, you will see this Message:
What has happened is Rush Mode only works to
Ascension level 5. You now have to build the city
using speed ups and time. Level 1 buildings will get
you into the green zone to ascend with the Ascension
Crystals.
If you decide to build and save the Crystals, you may
find yourself unable to ascend to level 9 and 10
without leveling the city all the way. You may not
have enough items to repeat the process over and
over. Use them wisely!
City Deeds! How to Get Them?
Go into the Shop and click on the Chest Tab.
Your Premium Player Package is waiting there
for you with all your city deeds.

12. Beware of Build Captcha!!!
Build only 1 city at a time. Do NOT try
and build multiple cities using this fast
method or you will get Build Captcha and
not be able to build.

13. Do not do other activities. Do not crest,
do not attack, do not make troops, craft,
transport or anything. Just build!
Once your city is built to level 10, then start your
next city. Don't dump troops into your city yet!!!
Open some wagons and move those resources or the
troops will eat all the food.
Merlin 474 is a Tournament domain. You
will be fighting in this domain or
supporting your fighters. *Build your cities
for fighting* The troops are provided by
the game.

14. Have fun, meet new players, and kill
digital troops.
