1.Target
group
🞄 The Dissemination activities will target 4 main levels of
stakeholders:
🞄 A) Those who will directly use StoryDeC main products/
outputs: partner organizations, schools, broad public, youth
inclusion associations, partner organizations, local authorities,
educational research institutes, association that deal with
migrants…
🞄 B) Those who will adopt project products as a tool (young
learning providers/trainers/educators, Local Public Authorities,
European Institutions and Agencies, Higher Education Institutions,
educational associations, social associations, schools/institutes
etc.).
🞄 C) Other relevant stakeholders (higher education institutes,
public authorities) in other EU countries or in other cities, which
might be interested in replicating the Project in their own context
thanks to StoryDeC’s Outputs.
🞄 D) European Commission and European Agencies.

2.1.Website
🞄 1) It will provide updates on activities, results, events of the
project;
🞄 2) It will enable anyone to download and use the intellectual
outputs developed by the project
🞄 3) It will show the contacts of the staff project, to allow the
dialogue between project staff and users

2.2.SOCIAL
NETWORKS
🞄 1) A Facebook multilingual page will be set up and maintained and
will give updates on activities, results, events of the project. It will
also facilitate the dialogue between project staff and users.
🞄 2) Instagram
🞄 3) A YouTube channel will be set up containing digital storytelling
videos

• We will write posts in different languages (through the multi-
language tool) and/or will select the areas of interest for any post

2.4.NEWSLETTER
🞄 • It will be linked to the website
🞄 • It will be delivered after each Transnational Meeting and will give
updates on activities, results, events of the project. The hosting
organisation of the TM is responsible of the newsletter.
🞄 • It will also be delivered at the end of each output (the
organisation responsible of the output is also responsible of the
newsletter).

2.5. PARTNERS’
COMMUNICATION
TOOLS
🞄 • Each partner will use their own communication tools (web
portals, magazines, newsletters, Facebook) to periodically diffuse
information on the project progress, especially during the key
moments
🞄 • Each partner will have to list and map the contacts to whom they
send these communication tools (thanks to a template).
🞄 • Specific attention should be paid to sharing contents and events
of the Facebook Page during the whole project

2.6. DIRECT
CONTACTS
🞄 • Project results will be communicated by the partners also
through direct contacts with local stakeholders, arranging
meetings (face-to-face or network), telephone, email
🞄 • All partners will make an effort to create links to the website
from the web portals of local and national institutions that reach a
large number of youth and volunteers (national agencies,
universities, associative networks)
