Strategy & design Company will render services for renovation. You will be provided sufficient
opportunities to review work and provide feedback, in case if you are not satisfied with the work you will
pay for the completed work and can cancel the contract
Mutual Cooperation
We agree to levy our best efforts to complete all the deliverables mentioned above and request you to
support us by sharing the required information on your website
Charges for Services Performed
Projects apart from budget will be considered as out of scope and proper amendment need to be made to
continue work on the same. Extra charges will be levied for the projects that exceeds beyond 45 days
Cancellation of Plans
You have right to modify, reject, cancel or stop any and all plans or work in process plans. However as per
the agreement, its confirmed by you to reimburse all cost and expenses incurred due to change in
instruction. We try our best to reduce such cost and expenses

Billing Schedule
› Company will take deposit of 50% of the initial fees at the time of signing contract
› The remaining 50% will be charged on monthly basis based on the number of service hours spent on the project
› Company will provide all necessary purchase order numbers and other internal information necessary for invoice
processing by end of the month
Client Agreement for Payment
› 1st initial invoice upon receipt will act as deposit for every project and every invoice will have 15 payment terms
› In case of delay in payment, 1% per month will be charged on unpaid amount and further company also reserves
the right to stop work until the payment is made
