For every Essentials/Standard user, you can enable the following RWA features: Computers: RWA displays a list of all servers and client computers that have Remote Access enabled, and that the currently logged on RWA user has permission to access. You can enable or disable all Remote Access for an SBS 2011 Essentials and Standard user, or you can enable a user to be able to remotely access specific computers only. When a user clicks Connect for a computer listed in RWA, an RDS session is started to that computer. Shared folders: Shared Folders are first configured using the Dashboard; you can then specify which folders will be accessible for any user and what access level that user will get for each folder: Full access, Read only, or No access.
