At the edge of the pool make trips on foot from the front, backwards, from side, crossing the feet, on tips, on heels, outside and inside of the foot, with short and long strides.

Make circles, flexion's and extensions with wrists, elbows and arms. The same with ankles, knees and legs. Flexing the trunk to the left and right side, flexing your neck laterally supporting face in the water
Clinging to the edge, feet are flat on the wall with legs bent, extend your legs keeping the position for a few seconds and then flex them again.

Using hydro-fit noodles as supporting material, do different motion exercises on site, such as raising the legs, touching the chest with your knees, making scissors with legs ... and also with small movements
Back against the wall, separating and linking arms in front of the body dragging water into and outward with your palms, with semi flexed arms (pectoral) to the thighs (dorsal), up and down semi flexed arms (biceps and triceps) ...
6. Following the rhythm of the music (type step) make a small choreography: 2 sets of 8 motions
