In order to regulate development, the Amravati Municipal Corporation
was created by the Government in the year 1983.

5. • Auto-DCR is the unique and innovative way to automate scrutiny of
building proposal by reading CAD drawings. The system reads
CAD drawing and produces scrutiny reports in a few minutes,
mapping all the development control rules of the Authority to the
drawing entities. It is the software to automate the lengthy and
cumbersome manual process of checking the development
regulations, thus reducing paper work, valuable time and effort of
Architect and the Corporation.
• BPAMS is .NET based tool to automate the process of document
scrutiny and proposal file movement for approval of architectural
plans. Role specific ‘consoles’ are defined dynamically based on
approval process flow of Amravati Municipal Corporation (AMC)
