Client Description Walgreens is one of the largest retailers
in the US with primary business of pharmacy Currently they
have around 8300 stores nationwide.
Project The project involves the analysis, design and development of new
customized Project tracking system and Real Estate Site
development functionality to identify the potential locations for
Walgreens stores and to track the whole life cycle of construction
and project management activities till stores completion for different
location types.
Responsibilities
• Fetch the business requirements from existing Lotus Notes application (site selection
& Project Tracking).
• Worked on Development of new customized site selection & capital Project module in
Tririga.
• Discussions with on-site coordinator & business users to cover the functionality, technical issues
and scope of work.
• Created FDD/TDD, performed unit testing by own before submissions of deliverables
& performed the CM (Configuration Management) activities like OM Package backup,
restore & maintenance with proper versioning.
• Data Migration from Lotus to Tririga using data connect.
• Created complex cross tab queries and BIRT reports. Also worked on offline process.
