cultivating your team to accomplish project outcome
and outputs. I provide easy simple steps for all staff
who have limited knowledge about project
management. Staff should be well acquainted with
project management; however they work with local
non-government organizations and civil society
organizations.

4. What is project management (PM)? Before I tell you. Please note, all
information, template sample, planning and implantation, monitoring
and evaluation will be provided by an easy approach. I provide the
information because many project staffs are not learning about
project management. If readers will use them for academic institutes
as reference. They are not matching.

activities. It is arts and science to manage human and financial
resources to achieve project goals, outputs and outcomes. The
world today, project term is working with the government sector,
business and marketing, development project and infrastructure.
Why do people love project terms? Project is useful. It can be
measuring achievements. Projects consider scope, change,
planning, management, success and monitoring and evaluation and
team.

6. What is the key one? I can tell “team”. A team should involve a
project manager, financial officer and administration officer. NGOs
and companies will set main responsibility as a project manager.
Admin and financial officers can share costs among projects in their
organizations. A project manager is a critically key person. His/her
roles and responsibility are dependent on the employer’s project. But,
briefly, a project manager should have four capacity traits.
