• Input mortgage related information into mainframe system. Successfully met deadlines and cutoff
times for all aspects of mortgage preparation.

• Prepared mortgages for resale to other mortgage lenders such as Freddie Mac and SONYMA, Entry of
sales on Midanet system. Strong relationship building and teamwork with coworkers to meet project
deadlines.

• Monitored ATM’s for performance problems, contacted service teams and third party vendors to
resolve customer related ATM problems. Recorded monthly service calls from AMSA, Brinks & Diebold
for breakdown. Blocked ATM cards that were lost or stolen for capture.

• Conditioned and balanced corporate accounts using customer’s specifications, prepared corporate
