Ultimately, designing for your audience leads to more engaged users - and that's the formula we follow. Find out how it works at Sourcebits.

of products, inventory management and tracking of
employee productivity.
HALLMARK BEFORE
15. The user interface was so convoluted, it drastically
reduced employee efficiency and accuracy on the
job.
HALLMARK BEFORE
16. Learning the complex system was very time
consuming for new employees to grasp, requiring
lengthy & expensive training.

INTUITIVE USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCH
PRIVATE SECURE ARCHITECTURE
CONSISTENT BRAND DESIGN
UNIVERSAL MULTIPLATFORM DEVELOPMENT
32. Sourcebits conducted a one-day Innovation Strategy
Workshop with representatives from Intel and Acer.
Together we decided to develop a mobile solution that
would provide a consumer sales differentiator for Intel-
powered Chromebooks to capture more of the market.
We would solve a big customer barrier to purchase —
make data migration easy.
THE PROCESS
33. Sourcebits built 4 applications — the primary Chrome Extension and then
Android, iOS and Windows apps. Each platform required custom design
and engineering solutions.
RESULTS
34. In addition to adhering to Intel's comprehensive visual brand guidelines,
Sourcebits adjusted each application's design to fit the pre-established UI
design practices of each particular platform, to create a familiar user
interface with low learning curve.
RESULTS
35. Months before the October 2014 launch, Sourcebits
provided a go-to-market launch strategy, built an information
website, developed 3 video demos, optimized descriptions
for ASO, and created the FAQ to manage customer support.
Intel and Acer are now gearing up to launch their
Chromebook campaign for the 2014 Holiday Season.
