about what will happen to them. Daniel is not seeking

In the passage, God told Daniel (through His angel) that He
was giving the Jews one last chance to repent of their sins,
to reconcile with Him, and to prepare for their coming
Messiah who would arrive in the 70th week of the prophecy.
The prophecy of the 70 Weeks of Daniel told the Jews
EXACTLY what year the Messiah would appear, but the
corrupt priests hid this from the people.
“For this is My blood, that of the renewed covenant, which is shed
for many for the forgiveness of sins.” Matthew 26:28
These words confirm four things which agree with the
prophecy of Daniel 9:27:
* “the One” who was to confirm the covenant, the Messiah;
* “the covenant” itself, the renewed covenant made with Abraham;
* that which “confirmed” the covenant, the blood of Messiah;

I just "happened" to watch a movie on Amazon Prime, that was about the famous "Shot Heard Around the World".....the
