INTRODUCTION
SDSS is an ISO 9001:2008 certified
organization is licensed from Karnataka State
Labor Commissioner for operating in the whole
of Karnataka State and Private Agency
(Regulation) Act 2014 & Karnataka Private
Security Agency Rules 2014 (PSARA) issued
by the Police department and member of
Karnataka Security Services Association
(Regd).
SDSS., was started way back in 2011. Today
within a short span- the man power strength of
the company is nearing 700 and above trained
and disciplined security personnel with nearly
80 clients across Karnataka.

SDSS has been recruiting Security Staff mainly
Security Guards from all over the state and from
other states to undergo a compulsory and strict
tailor made Security Training Programmed at
our corporate office in Bangalore. Before the
Security Staff are put to familiarizing with the
Clients specific security needs the Agency
carries out a thorough security audit of the
premises from assessment to implementation,
clients benefit from our seamless integration of
services, resulting in a more efficient, cost effect
security services.

RECRUITMENT
SDSS is well established with highly qualified
backend recruitment team, following the process
to complete recruitment / hiring cycle on or
before the said time frame. We deploy only
well screened & well trained Security personnel
with good physique without any disabilities and
sound medical State is must for the security
personnel. Proficiency in English, Hindi and
local languages desirable.
TRAINING
SDSS & SDE established a well equipped
training facilities according to state regulations.
It is mandatory for all staff/HK/Security
personnel to undergo basic training course
which imparts the necessary skills to perform
duties in addition to the lessons on basic
guarding.
They are taught the rudiments of Industrial
Security, Documentation, Public Relations,
Communication, Fire Fighting, First Aid, Self
Defense and Crisis Management, turn out,
discipline, visitors management, parking
management. We ensure the training at site shall
be conducted periodically.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
The well qualified & trained General Manager,
Operation Managers, Field Officers & Night
Patrolling Officers are headed by CEO of SDSS
on action for smooth functioning of security
operations. We follow escalation matrix for any
kind of issues related to our deployment and
services.
CLIENT RELATION
The Field Officers/ Senior staff make visits to
the respective units as per prescribed scheduled
to ensure proper deployment, good turnout,
excel performance, and discipline. Also meet
the representations of the clients for feedback
and where necessary immediate corrective
action is initiated.

NIGHT CHECKS
Surprise Night, shall be conducted by Night
Patrolling Offices to ensure alertness of Security
personnel on duty and report of the same shall
be submitted to the clients accordingly.
VEHICLES
All Field officers are provided with company
motor cycles. Operations manager is provided
Marshal van with driver. The Directors are
provided with a four wheeler.
