2. Cooperation

3. Cooperation is perhaps one of the least recognized but
most valuable of human virtues. So, for a person to be
cooperative means for them to have a divine eye what is
needed to bring success and to supply at it the right time,
in the right place and then to be off. Some one who
cooperates, offer their services and then splashes their
name on the achievement is not cooperative.

4. It requires invisibility and precision to do and then to go
without waiting for results. It also takes a discerning eye to
see exactly what is needed, to be removed sufficiently from
your own approach to a task and just to contribute one
ingredient. Sometimes not even an Idea but, however
clever you may consider yourself to be, just a hand, a
support.

5. The person who is cooperative looks at positive in difficult
situations and keeps himself happy and keeps others
happy. He maintains positivity constantly, without
expecting the results.

6. Cooperation comes from maintaining inner self respect
which helps in difficult situation. To maintain a self respect
means to understand and appreciate our own uniqueness.
With the practise of self respect we will not dependent on
external situations but we will find strength with in.

7. Cooperation in a person is a great power. The power that
sees, understands, but never interferes. Like the branch of
the tree, just touching the earth but never taking root in it.
Never to take root in someone else's mind, but to help, that
is cooperation.

8. Cooperation is nothing but giving rather than take.
Whether it is collegues at work, family relationships or
friends, let me see if there is a way in which I can fulfill my
responsibility with integrity and honesty. If I am not doing
that, if I am moving away from my responsiblities, then I
am not cooperative rather adding to my karmic burden.

9. If we face our problems and respond to them positively
and refuse to give in to panic, bitterness or self pity these
adverse situations that look like they could burry us, have
with in them the very real potential to make us
unshakeable and cooperative.

10. Maintaining a state of inner calmness protects me from
becoming a slave to my emotions. It also helps me to keep
a cool head when I see others becoming heated or angry.
Cooperation is not to be distant or uncaring, rather it
requires that I develop the deeply caring nature of peace
makes and serve in the best possible way.
