 Analyzed and collectively manageddata to prove that the budget complianceand deliverable success
rate for all current projects, programs, and IS/IT assets as well as estimated ROI for proposed
initiatives met stated goals. Increased success rate from 82%in FY 14 to 96%in FY 16.
 Provided recommendations to Senior Directors for each domain and the ITVicePresident regarding
the comparativecosts and business requirements fulfilment ofeach componentofthe portfolio,
