  1. Having a social media presence is no longer a commodity, it’s a necessity for business success, whether you are a small or larger corporation. One of the common mistakes is business owners fail to optimize their social media platforms, which can hurt them more than not having a profile at all. Some use different user names across various platforms, not including a profile image or cover photo or not completing the pertinent information in their profiles. These tactics can lead to confusion and also leads to little to no brand recognition. The Good News is that optimizing your social media profiles isn’t as complicated as you might think. Once you have done all you should to properly optimize your profile, make sure to check all the information often to make sure it’s still relevant, and keep on top of major changes.
  2. Did you know that when someone searches for your company, the first result that comes up might not be your website. In fact in many cases its your social media profile that dominates the search results.
  3. Straight forward. For any social media profile, your name should be your business name. For any business social media profile, your name should be your business name
