PROCESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER, Ericsson UK Ltd. Recent Achievements
Establishment and chairmanship of Group Best Practices Forum. Appointed as Group Innovations champion.
This led to improved employee engagement, increased internal efficiency and process improvements.
Creation and deployment of Group tactical and strategic resource forecasting process and capability planning.
This gave senior management a consistent and formal means to establish future resource demand trends and
hence determine appropriate resource dimensioning levels.
Establishment of Group KPI’s and monthly performance monitoring process. Mapping of group Balanced
Scorecard objectives to performance objectives for individual staff. This enabled Group performance to be
measured, analysed and improved.
Instigation of formal benchmarking of Group performance against comparable internal and external business

Project Management of Remote Support Gateway roll-out to customers. Major contributor to, and Line
