 Sometimes it is hard to “see the wood for the trees”. Our
support will enable you to crystallise your strategy and
develop this into a business plan that can be
implemented. Our facilitative approach means that
management’s buy-in is maintained and that staff know
this is your company plan devised by your team
Change management
 Change can unsettle and at times alienate staff. Change
may be because of the introduction of new systems, or
because of fundamental changes to the organisation
structure. We will work with you to devise a managed
programme, ensuring inclusivity of staff and the retention
of your talent
Business improvement
 Business has become more competitive and can no longer
assume that what has worked well in the past will
continue to deliver success. We will work with you to
review your business model and identify areas for
performance improvement
Specialist support
 Specialist support may be required for a short duration.
We can help engage that support without incurring
excessive costs. In most cases this will be provided from
within FGS however where we have to look further afield,
we have a growing base of associates to call on
