In May 2000, Steve (1974) and his younger brother Jean-Emile (1978) founded PIXmania.com. In December 2001, Steve with Jean-Emile and a private equity fund (LMBO Finance) acquired 100% of the Rosenblum family business. Steve and Jean-Emile contributed their shares in Pixmania during the Buy-Out to gain access of a 45% ownership of what was Fotovista Group at that time, which became few years later Pixmania Group.
