This report describes this individual’s preferred or natural pattern of behaviour.

This is a very patient and steady individual who develops routines to complete his tasks. He:
 is calm, cool and collected, approaches work in an unhurried manner and has a soothing
effect on others;
 establishes his own time frames for getting things done and proceeds to work to them;
 is a reliable, dependable and consistent contributor who does not have to make constant
changes;
 is patient with people and works with them at an even pace.
Logical and realistic, he is likely to think through a problem, weigh the pros and cons and
make decisions on facts, rather than on emotions. He:
 is work orientated, objective, inclined to look on things with a critical eye and may,
therefore, save errors;
 tends to be a thinker and planner who, because of his analytical perspective, may come
up with more creative ideas than others;
 is practical, straightforward and direct, not given to smooth-talking to build his case.
Tending to be independent, he likes situations where he has some freedom to think on his
own and make his own decisions. He:
 believes his ideas are right and will usually show a determination to get his own way;
 wants to follow through, use his initiative and keep at it until he gets results.
He tends to be competitive and goal-orientated in approach. He:
 enjoys overcoming the occasional objection and achieving goals in the face of some
obstacles;
