2. Being Mentored
• Check your ego
• Be mindful in the use of your language
• Be Persistent! Being a junior/student is hard at
the start.

3. Mentoring
• It is not a sin to not know the answer offhand -
share HOW and WHERE you find
answers/solutions
• Leave your negative emotions elsewhere.
Negativity will not breed a positive/constructive
environment.
• Be extra careful with your use of language and
HOW you phrase your critic.
