7. Management Team – Tran Cong Thanh
Founder & CEO
MBA from Columbia Southern, USA. Thanh has over 15 years of experience in various areas
as an organized, energetic and result oriented with a balance of technical, training, business
process consulting and management skills.
Most recently, Thanh was ICT Department Head of TUV Rheinland Vietnam and successfully
managed a Public Private Project funded by DEG to implement a capacity building program
for small and medium IT companies in Vietnam that would focus on both Comprehensive
Quality Management Program (CQMP) and Comprehensive Information Security Program
(CISP).
Thanh had been an external consultant for many enterprises such as Vinamilk, Fujinet, Lac
Viet, Webs-Pro Vietnam, Limra & Loma Global and PJICO (Petrolimex Joint Stock Insurance
Company) in CMMi, ISO 27001, HR and Training, and business process management
system.
Previously, Thanh worked as the SEPG Deputy Manager for 7 years in FCG Vietnam (CSC
Vietnam) to lead the organization being first Software Company in Vietnam in achieving
CMMi level 5, ISO 27001 and TL 9000 international quality standards.

8. Management Team – Tran Thi Tuyet Mai
Delivery Manager
Mai has worked in the software development and outsourcing for over 10 years under various
roles including project manager, project lead, DBA lead and software developer working in the
US.
Mai’s expertise is database analysis, design and development on many DBMS (Microsoft
SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL), BI and Data-warehouse applications.
Her prior achievements include successfully performing DBA leader roles for the largest US
healthcare project in FCG Viet Nam (CSC Vietnam), successfully managing the first data-
warehouse project in US market for Success Software Service. Ms. Mai holds a B.S. degree
of Information Technology from Ho Chi Minh Natural Sciences University.

9. Management Team – Nguyen Van Hoang
Delivery Manager
Hoang is currently in charge of overseeing all outsourcing projects within Success. He has
over 10 years of experience in software development and outsourcing. He has strong
experience in Database management, Object-Oriented Analysis and Designs, and various
latest web-based as well as database technologies.
Most recently, Hoang was at FCG Vietnam (CSC Vietnam) and has jointly developed
Bakbone project to grow up to more than 40 resources and NYSE project to grow up to more
than 50 resources as big client of CSC.
