About JEE Advanced 2015
• JEE Advanced 2015, the second stage of the two-tier IIT
JEE test, will be conducted by the seven zonal Indian
Institutes of Technology (IITs) under the guidance of the
Joint Admission Board 2015.
• The performance of a candidate in this examination will
form the basis of admission into IITs (Indian Institutes of
Technology) and the ISM (Indian School of Mines) at
Dhanbad.

Details
According to the official report, JEE Advanced exam
will be conducted on May 24, 2015 (Sunday) as per
the schedule given below:
• Paper 1: 09:00 to 12:00 hrs (IST)
• Paper 2: 14:00 to 17:00 hrs (IST)
The schedule will remain the same even if the
above day is declared a public holiday.

Eligibility Criteria
I. The candidate should be among the top
1,50,000 (all categories included) in JEE
(Main) 2015.
II. The candidate should have been born on or
after October 1, 1990 if belonging to the GEN
or OBC-NCL category and on or after October
1, 1985 if belonging to the SC, ST or PwD
category.
III. A candidate can attempt JEE (Advanced) a
maximum of two times and that too in
consecutive years.
