• Procurement and inspection coordinator for Borouge 2 Project of
Abudhabi Polymers Co. - posting at Tecnimont Italy now at Ruwais
Abu Dhabi.
• Sr. Coordinator for purchase for SKIKDA Project of Sonatrach
Algeria and inspection of critical equipments. Posting was at
CPECC China.
• Inspection (vessels, columns, exchangers, piping material, pumps,

Aug 2014 till Date : General Manager ( Inspection) at New Delhi
Managing Core Expediting Group at Delhi, Procurement & Develop Department,
Shipping Department and Inspection team at Delhi.
Dec 08 to Aug 2014 : At EIL Delhi
Expediting Head for HMEL Refinery first and then overall head of expediting
team. Responsible for expediting of Purchase order items for all the Projects
handled by EIL
October 07 till Dec 08: At Tecnimont Milan Italy
Worked as procurement and inspection coordinator for Borouge II project of
ADNOC Abudhabi
There are about 500 orders to be placed for Polyolefins Unit (Petrochemical
Project) being executed by Tecnimont Italy. I am a member of Integrated Project
Management Team and am responsible for procurement, vendor approval,
inspection coordination and expediting of orders. Project is likely to continue till
March 2009.
July 2007 till Sept 07: At EIL New Delhi
Monitored and expedited the progress of LLDPE/ HDPE Swing Unit of IOCL
being done by our company on LSTK basis. Project is worth Rupees 9000 million
and being executed under PMC Uhde India. National and international orders are
being expedited.
2006- June 2007: At China as Procurement coordinator for Skikda Condensate
Topping Project at Algeria of M/s Sonatrach being executed by M/s CPECC of
China. Inspection of critical items.
2001-2005 : At EIL New Delhi

3. a) Vendor development : Registration of new vendors for items for which less
vendors exists.
b) Assessment of capacity of vendors for linepipe projects for which huge
quantity is required.
c) Approval of vendors list for procurement of Project item
d) Assessing causes of problems and writing report for example causes of ovality
in linepipes, Indian Experience of usage of Spiral welded line pipes etc.
e) inspection of project material.
f) Pojects : IOCL Panipat Refinery, GAIL, HPCL, OIL India , etc.
1997-2000 - At EIL New Delhi: Progress monitoring and expediting of vendors
supplies for Essar Oil Refinery Project. Inspection of spheres, bulk material &
NDT.
1993-1997 – At Baroda: Expediting of material to meet the project schedule.
Inspection of fabricated equipment, bulk material, Line pipes etc. including NDT
thereof. Was visiting engineer to L and T Hazira works where crical equipments
are ordered.
1983-1993 – At EIL New Delhi
i- Expediting of material, coordination of vendors’ deviations and monitoring of
project for vendor supplies. IPCL and ONGC projects were coordinated and
monitored for in time supply of material to site. Inspection of mechanical items,
offshore visits etc.
Purchased material for a Mega Project - MGCC of IPCL now part of Reliance
India. Purchased line pipes for longest pipeline project HBJ Pipe line project.
1982-1983 – Baroda – Expediting and inspection of materials like vessels, heat
exchangers, pumps, valves, lining etc.. Quality control, NDT and shop visits.
