foundation for future project success. Key Results: Application of these methodologies produced efficient solutions that resulted in a
$300,000 project savings for the NPG Canada Initiative.

implementation of multiple projects that increased adoption of tools by the user community. Adoption of VisualLine Reporting, a key tool used

 Lead a large team in the planning, development and implementation of innovative, cutting edge Product Development solutions to
support the grow th of the private label division for Nordstrom(Nordstrom Product Group). This included all Capital, Value and
Production Support efforts fora broad set of applications.
Education and Change Readiness Lead for Nordstrom Product Group 2008 - 2009
 Managed the training and change management efforts fora major upgrade of FlexPLM, the primary application for the Private Label
Division. The successof this effort was measured by the minimal support calls received post implementation.
 Coordinated extensive training for 350 business users which included class scheduling, user guide creation, mock training session
