Production Support efforts fora broad set of applications.
Education and Change Readiness Lead for Nordstrom Product Group 2008 - 2009
Managed the training and change management efforts fora major upgrade of FlexPLM, the primary application for the Private Label
Division. The successof this effort was measured by the minimal support calls received post implementation.
