UX best practices and trending UI designs are only useful if the team is delivering on a company’s roadmap, on-time and on-budget. I make sure your superhero designers meet those KPIs. Agile is my environment, though wagile and scrummerfall don’t knock me for a loop. I care about the end user, but I also care about business goals, stakeholder needs, and production timelines.
