Blower Test Bench is used for on-line quality testing of automobile AC Blowers.
Main Features of the machine are:
Checks the presence of 1, 2 or 3 resistances as well as MOSFET (as per applicable models).
Checks the current drawn by the blower with upper and lower limits band as well as check
continuity of relays present in model

4. PRESSURE PULSATION TEST BENCH
Pulsation Testing Machine is designed for pressure pulsation testing of Heat Exchangers,
Discharge & Suction Hoses, Condensers, Evaporator, Tube Liquids; Tank Receiver etc. used in
auto AC conditioning system. Main Features of the Test Bench are:
PC based system with Lab VIEW software & NI data acquisition cards for measuring
process parameters.
Safety chamber with temperature control up to 140°C and oil temperature control to simulate
real test conditions for components under test.
Pressure pulsation testing up to four components at a time of max. 1500 ml capacity.
Hydraulic power pack for generating test pressure up to 14 - 100 bar, pressure pulsation
control using accumulators.
Pressure from pulsation testing acquired, displayed and controlled under set time and pressure
limits for different models.
Components are put under test for settable number of cycles normally ranging up to 1, 00,000
& above.

BURST PRESSURE TEST BENCH
Burst Pressure test bench is designed for testing hoses, evaporators, heat exchangers etc. used in
auto air conditioning systems. The Burst Test is used to determine the component’s weakest point.
It is performed by internally pressurizing the component until it bursts for Dynamic/ Static burst
thus determining its "Burst Strength Resistance". Main Features of the Test Bench are:
PC based system with Lab VIEW software & NI data acquisition cards for controlling and
monitoring of pressure and flow in the component under test along with controlled rise in
temperature of hydraulic oil.
Interactive user interface is provided on a touch screen panel for operator to set test
parameters and interact with the system during the test.
The Hydraulic power pack consisting of oil chamber, flow and pressure control valves,
directional valves, intensifier , pressure transmitter for generating test pressure
Maximum Hydraulic test pressure ranging from: 20 to 400 Kgf/cm2.
Pressure ramping (linear) control (5 – 150 Kgf/cm2

Compressor Endurance Test Bench has been developed for endurance testing of
automobile AC Compressors. Main Features of the Test Bench are:
PC Based system with NI DAQ cards, Lab VIEW software for monitoring
& controlling process parameters such as suction pressure / temperature,
discharge pressure/ temperature, expansion valve pressure/ temperature,
chamber temperature , clutch RPM etc.
Insulated compressor room chamber with temperature control up to 120° C.
Running & Loading of compressor by VFD driven motor, Condenser & Evaporator
heat exchangers.
Data logging of controlled parameters for Quality analysis.
POWER WINDOW TEST BENCH
Power Window test bench is designed and developed for endurance / fatigue testing of
motors used in power windows. Main Features of the Test Bench are:
PC Based system with NI DAQ cards and Lab VIEW software for data acquisition
and interactive user interface.
Motor to be Tested are employed on power windows with all 4 doors and motor
performance is monitored for set number of cycles, thus simulating real test
conditions.
Current being drawn by motors monitored as per set limits.
Speeds of power windows are also monitored.
Data logging being done for motor performance analysis
6. HV STATOR TEST BENCH
HV Stator Test Bench is an on-line testing machine developed to test stator coils used to
engage clutches in automobile AC compressors. Main Features of the machine are:
Fully PC based system, with NI Data acquisition cards & Lab VIEW software.
Conducts 3 standard tests to check the quality of coil.
Continuity & coil resistance test, checks the current drawn by coil with set limits.
Insulation resistance test @ 600V AC - 1000V AC to check insulation quality of coil.
High voltage layer short test @ 1500 V DC to check for any internal layers short or
turns present in coil, by comparing acquired ringing waveform developed from coil
under test with the master coil.
“OK” & “NG” output after performing all tests and auto stamping on coil.
Data logging for every coil tested during each shift for analysis point of view.
WIPER MOTOR TEST BENCH
Electrical Test Bench for quality testing of Automobile Wiper Motors Main Features:
Two stations for simultaneous testing of motor current & wiper arm position.

7. BUMP TEST BENCH
Bump Test Machine is designed to conduct bump and shock tests.
Main Features of the machine are:
PC based system with NI Data Acquisition Card & Lab VIEW software for Pulse
capture storage and user interface.

Pulse duration: 6ms / 11 / 18 ms
Velocity change for Shock / Bump Test: half sine pulse.

VIBRATION TEST BENCH

SPRING SCRAGGING MACHINE
The Sprigging machine is designed & programmed for compressing the spring to a
specified distance, deciding the testing load for each spring which will correspond to its
hardness condition. Main Features of the machine are :
Compressing of springs upto programmable height so that appropriate load testing
can be done.
Robust Servo system for generating testing load upto 4000 kgs. on the springs.
Spring segregation as per the load measured applied on the springs.

DEFORMING MACHINE
Deforming machine is designed & programmed to perform the deforming action on
