3. Company History
Our company has been at the forefront of producing leading edge Power Presses since half a century. We supply our products to an established clientele across India.
1960s Shri Anandilal Bansal, our grandfather laid the foundation of our first business enterprise called Singhal Engineering Works (SEW). SEW
manufactured geared and non-geared Rolling Key Clutch Presses at Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh). The company made a benchmark in the subsequent
years making its name across India.
1970s Shri Narendra Kumar Bansal, our father specialized in engineering and joined the business to expand as well as to establish a large scale modern
base. His vision of making leaps of progress and to bring perfection helped the business to flourish.
1990-91 Shri Narendra Kumar Bansal started a new manufacturing unit in partnership. Our Unit was built in the Midwestern town of Gujarat called Rajkot
under the company name Singhal Power Presses Pvt Ltd. Under his technical leadership, the team developed Single and Two Point Cross Shaft
Presses, High Speed Presses, and Permanent Inclined Presses and Large Bed Presses. In this venture, we introduced and specialized in producing
Hydraulic shearing machine and Hydraulic Press Brakes.
1991-92 We integrated Research and Development with a vision that it will play a key role in the product development. This empowered us to establish
high- tech manufacturing facilities at Rajkot making us one of the best Power Press producers in the country.
2010 This has been a very eminent year in our timeline. During this year the company introduced the production of Cross Shaft Presses with Geared
and Non geared models and we established a business venture of our own called Swastik Engitech Pvt. Ltd at Rajkot with a brand-name called

2011 Bansal Power Press further specialized in developing Ring & C Frame Cross Shaft Presses and Link Motion Presses. We also specialized in making
the H Frame left and right Presses.
2012 Bansal Power Press developed Large Bed H Frame High Speed Presses for stampings up to 220 Ton and permanent Inclined Presses.

Application
Cross Shaft Power Press BNX Series is applicable for light, thin material for single and continuous operation in
blanking, piercing, bending, forming. The ring frame construction eliminates angular deflection and provides an
increased precision for progressive die application. This reduces the maintenance costs on tooling.
Features
The Cross Shaft Press BNX series has a rigid frame construction, less deflection, high torque clutch and brake and
forged rigid cranks which ensure press life and accuracy. Motorized Grease lubrication with sensor ensures the
operation reliability. User friendly design and 24VDC electric control system enables the accessories to attach easily.
The larger 6 point gibes are centered in slide and provides better resistance to off center loads. The user friendly
design and 24VDC electric control system allows for easy integration of auxiliary equipment and automation.

8. Link Motion Power Press bNLX Series
Application
Link Motion Power Press BNLX series is applicable for light, thin material for single and continuous operation such as
blanking, piercing, bending, forming. These products are suitable for transfer line.
Features
With link motion the slide velocity decreases by 40% during the working position of the stroke i.e. at BDC. The slide
velocity increases by 40% and maintains optimum production rates. This results in better quality parts at optimum
production rates.
The material slows more effectively during the non-working position. In addition, slow speed through the working
stroke reduces die impact, punch penetration, noise and vibration and it increases machine and die life.
Slide guides are designed with extra length and surface area to provide best possible resistance to slide tipping which is
caused by off center loading in the die.
The user friendly design and 24VDC electric control system enables the accessories to be attached easily.

BALL JOINT PLAY ADJUSTMENT (60 Ton & above)
As per standard we provide check nut mechanism for adjusting the play in Ball Joint. With this function the play can be adjusted within 5 to 10 minutes. This facility improves
performance of machine and increase tool life and also Reduces break down time.
MOTORISED SLIDE ADJUSTMENT (60 Ton & above)
The motorized slide adjustment system is provided with imported thin brake Motor which operate through push button. This reduces tool setting time and this system provided in
production standards from 60 Ton and above.
DIE HEIGHT INDICATOR
The slide adjustment mechanism is an imported device fitted with 0.1mm Increment digital die height indicator. This facility provided with both Manual & motorized slide
adjustment as standard. Limit Switches are in built to stop at min & max limits with Motorized adjustment.
KNOCK OUT
Our design looks like a lever. It can take loads which are most suitable for heavy knocking. This facility includes single bolt stopper adjustment which Reduces die setting time and
provides better life and better load bearing Capacity.
HYDRAULIC OVERLOAD SAFETY
Our HOL Pump works on low pressure, which increases the life of pump and Seals. Parts are ground instead of machine finished.
DUAL SAFETY VALVE
We provide Dual Valve with bigger size of exhaust port and this gives better TDC stop accuracy thus increasing the clutch liner life.
MOTORISED GREASE LUBRICATION
Our lubrication unit is suitable for EP-1 Grade of Grease instead of Liquid/Special Grease. This reduces the running cost and the product becomes easily available. Our Pump
capacity is of 3Kg. The Progressive unit provided with a sensor which stops machine in case if the line is blocked.

12. GLYCERIN FILLED GAUGES
Glycerin filled Pressure Gauges are provided for all pneumatic regulators with an objective to give better life and accuracy.
ELECTRICAL ENCLOSURE
As per standards we provide RITTAL enclosures which are IP 55 protected.
ELECTRICAL (24V DC)
As per standard all electrical components used / system works on 24V DC and CE marked. This makes the product easy for maintenance giving them life and better
performance.
PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROL (PLC)
As per standards we provide PLC with inbuilt display system, which shows faults and gives remedy also. It helps for easy maintenance and gives reduced break down time.
CAM LIMIT SWITCH DRIVEN THROUGH GEAR
In our machines Cam Limit Switch is driven through gears instead of sprockets & chain. This provides accurate signals to PLC with no chances of double stroking which
ensures safety for the operator. This facility provides safety and reduced maintenance and down time.
MISS FEED SOCKETS
Miss feed sockets are provided to turn the machine with automation line.
PNEUMATICS
All pneumatic items like FRL, air regulators, and fittings etc. are of SMC and are duly fitted in RITTAL enclosures. All pressure gauges are glycerin filled and visible from
front of machine. Pressure Switch Drain Cock and Safety Valves are provided wherever required. Air outlet provided for pneumatics tools as per standards.
COUNTER BALANCER LUBRICATION
We provide all the machines with manual lubrication device for counter balancing system which increases life of cylinders and seals.
