Cricket is a sport which almost 90% of us like. So lets start from this:

Sachin ---- more successful Dravid ---- technically more sound
Reason was difference in “Perception”
Sachin loved the game. Whereas for Dravid it was just winning or loosing the game.

6. • Perception not limited to Sports, effects our
emotions, commitment and response towards
a certain situations.
For example if anyone amongst you gets a job
and your manager is quiet rude to you, what
would be your perception????

1st --- Negative effect --- commitment
emotion ---- guilt ---- wrong in the past.
2nd --- Motivation ---- emotions reward in
the future, worse the situation better the reward.
