Corporate communication got its name from the
corporate standard.
But without audience it’s just a jumble of words
and sentences.
So, content is the King but (audience) consumer is
the Ruler.

Media (Content) with a Social factor (anyone can
join).
Consumer’s direct interaction is possible either
face to face or on social media.
