Misunderstanding , An alarm of potential failure
 When groups of people work together,
misunderstandings and conflict are inevitable. In a
contracting, both misunderstanding and conflict can lead
to serious problems. Misunderstanding can cause
expensive mistakes and contract failures,
misunderstandings allow the group to locate topics
where clearer, more complete, or more detailed contract
is needed.
 In a contract, however, ignoring, avoiding or dismissing
either one can create even more problems for both
parties .
 Various ways contractors can carry out to avoid
misunderstanding ; carefully notice costly hidden terms
that may catch you off guard are document destruction
clauses, hire a lawyer, be sure to use caution and seek
legal advice, Understanding expectations is key to
avoiding costly misunderstandings, document all
negotiations, and ensure the contract reflects the
agreement, Use clear and concise language, ensure
everyone's rights and responsibilities, Know your official
capacity, and Define clear consequences for failing to
comply with terms.

In a contracting, both misunderstanding and conflict can lead to serious problems. Misunderstanding can cause expensive mistakes and contract failures, misunderstandings allow the group to locate topics where clearer, more complete, or more detailed contract is needed.  In a contract, however, ignoring, avoiding or dismissing either one can create even more problems for both parties .
