4. Allegations
 On February 13, 2013, Donaldson and shot at
his girlfriend 19-year-old Marcia Crider and
her mother at a residence on Porter
 Crider died at a local hospital shortly after she
was shot

5. Circumstances of murder
 Donaldson and Crider was involved in a
domestic argument shortly before the
murder
 Crider’s mother went to the residence to
help her daughter and as they were driving
away Donaldson began shooting at them
 Crider was 10-13 weeks pregnant when she
was murdered
