water produce check, loop testing and report to supervisor
• Ensure all production equipment operate in good
performance and make any sub standard condition/action
report if any in the field to supervisor
• Monitor and log reciprocating / centrifugal air
Compressor(Ingersoll Rand), Diesel and Gas engine generator
(Doosan), Diesel fire water pump (Cummins) and Gas
compressor (Ariel waukesha) to operate in safe condition.
• Create and review SOP, JSA, PFD & P&ID for production job
• Keep track PTW to ensure of safety procedure each non
routine activity.

• Supervise taking gas, air emission and produce water
sampling by vendor
• Perform MOC plant to follow engineering need
• Coordinate with RAPP and PDTS (Consumer) due to 12” 50
KM and 8” 20 KM pipeline operation
• Provide complete hand over form for current operation status
to incoming senior operator
• Lead daily safety meeting for any finding substandard
condition and action
• Monthly production gas lifting with SKKMigas, RAPP and PDTS
• Responsible as Emergency Response Team daily shift
• As Person In charge of air emission control for
PROPER(Environmental Ministry of Indonesia), ISO & OHSAS
assessment and implementing company policy to ensure zero
