REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
I am responsible for the productivity & fiscal sustainability of a Regional hub and 3 satellite locations. I report directly to the
Vice President Central Operations. I managethe Customer Call Center,Routingdepartment, 40 driver teams,the Hub,Returns,
and the Repair Center. I am responsible for the movement of freight in and out of the Hub, plus within the Hub operations to receive & ship
freight, as well as assemble the freight for onward movement within the region. This requires highly pressurized and contained inventory control
as the intention is to have a continuous flow cross dock process. The 2 main distribution arenas are DTC (Direct To Customer) and Retail. I
manage staff, prepare workschedules & assign specific duties & projects. I review financial statements, sales & activity reports, &other
performance data to measure productivity & goal achievement to determine areas needing cost reduction & program improvement. I also
establish & implement departmentalpolicies, goals, objectives, &procedures. I determine staffing requirements, interview, hire & train new
