  • 6. BASED ON o What we say and do o How we say and do it o How we’re perceived by others o What they think and say about us

  • 8. WHY IS REPUTATION IMPORTANT? o It precedes us It can do the work for us – in advance! o It’s a time-saver We don’t have to develop relationships with every person, company or product for us or them to make an assessment
  • 9. HOW DO YOU INFLUENCE REPUTATION? o Look at your behaviour! o Identify which is congruent with what you want to achieve including who you want to be… o Change those that aren’t!

  • 16. AN ATTRACTIVE REPUTATION o Supports your vision (aspirations) o Based on what you want and why o Consistent o Based on Integrity
  • 17. BASED ON INTEGRITY The condition of ‘wholeness’, where our behaviour is consistent with the type of person we present ourselves to be
  • 18. When our behaviour is in line with our values, we feel good about ourselves When it isn’t, we don’t!
  • 20. WHAT IS YOUR REPUTATION? Two things are for certain: 1. You DO have one 2. It is already showing up in your life and business!
