SurgicalTechnology. I worked at Eaton Corporation in Shenandoah, Iowa for 11 years of
serviceand sadly was permanently laid off after elimination of the Assembly and Steel
department due to business conditions. I loved my quality job becauseof the challenging work
and engagement with the employees/customers. I enjoyed learning supervisor and quality
engineer skills from my bosses and constantly learning new procedures/businessstrategies. I
