- Daryl P. Rush began his service with the City of Cleveland as Director of Community Development in April 2004. He is responsible for the department that administers federal funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), provides financing and assistance for housing development, and offers housing services to residents. Rush works to implement Mayor Frank G. Jackson’s vision to create safe and economically vibrant communities and fashion neighborhoods as “places of choice” for people and businesses.
