Inclusive
Education
mean?
Inclusive education implies all young
learners, young people-with or without
disabilities being able to learn together
through access to common pre-schools and
schools with an appropriate network of
support services.
Inclusive education is defined as a learning
environment that promotes the full personal,
academic and professional development of all
learners irrespective of race, class, colour,
gender, disability, sexual preference, learning
styles and language.
Inclusive education is providing education to
specially abled students along with normal
students and by providing facilities and
normal atmosphere as given to the normal
students without discrmininating.

Both the "normal" children and the
disabled children can learn from
each other, thus teaching
acceptance of one other.
Help the disabled children develop

Everyone is granted an equal
education.
Prepare the disabled children for a
future that they might otherwise
not have.

develop a sense of pride in their
work because they actually fill like
they accomplished something

7. Disadvantages of
Inclusive
Education
The disabled children can be
disruptive.
They have problem with
bullying.
The teacher tends to be
impatient towards the disabled
child or simply don't want to be
bothered with these students.
The teacher might talk over the
disabled child's head thus
leaving the child bored.
The teacher has to slow down
to teach the disabled child thus
creating boredom among the
other students
