The document outlines the process for agencies to apply to join the BBC's new Digital Design roster, which will replace the existing roster expiring in April 2017. It describes the stages of the procurement process including issuing a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) in October 2016, with submissions due in November 2016. Shortlisted agencies will then be invited to respond to an Invitation to Tender (ITT) in December 2016, which involves a written response, on-site presentation and submission of rates. Agencies will be evaluated based on strategic thinking, management and operational efficiency, cultural fit, and creative excellence. The new roster is expected to be awarded in March 2017.
