  will be developed to go with Twitter to extend
  the 140 character limit, and to extend Tweet-
  ups.
• Portal: With the APIs that allow for expansion,
  Twitter may become more of a portal to other
  sites, expanding our view of Tweeted URLs=
  Videos, Ads, Blog Posts & Websites.
