Material Forecasting & Project Execution
Material Planning begins based on the material requirement projection given by TTSL as per their roll out
plan.
Sites will be handed over to SCL with all material specifications for Tower, Shelter, Diesel Generator, Servo
and Fire Alarm & Fire Safety Equipments
RFI target for every month is set based on sites hand over in all 20 states of India.
Material requirement is finalized based on the material availability in the warehouse and the material
requirement as per the target. MRP was run every quarter.
Tracking dispatch, Installation and Commissioning.
The dispatch schedule is obtained from vendors for tracking the dispatch and delivery.
