Dr. Welbourne is the Will and Maggie Brooke Professor of Entrepreneurship and the Executive Director, Alabama Entrepreneurship Institute at the University of Alabama, Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business. She also is the president and CEO, eePulse, Inc. as well as an affiliated research professor at the Center for Effective Organizations, Marshall School of Business, USC. Theresa focuses her work on organizational growth from startup to longer-term success. Her research mergers work in entrepreneurship and strategic human capital management, which is a critical asset for longer-term entrepreneurial growth. In addition, she does work on employee energy and engagement.
