The Energy Leadership Index (E.L.I.) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that
enables leaders to hold up a mirror to their:
• Perceptions
• Attitudes
• Behaviors
• Overall leadership capabilities.

3. What’s so different about the E.L.I.?
• NOT a personality assessment tool (such as Myers Briggs & DISC).
• NOT intended to label a person and have them work within that label.
• Have a PERSONAL debrief session with an E.L.I. Master Practitioner (E.L.I.-M.P)
on the findings of your assessment.
• Attitude is subjective, it can be altered. Thus you can:
• alter your attitude and perspective,
• make a shift in your consciousness,
• increase your energy.
